Dr. Pinchuk and his staff are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile to make sure that all of my concerns are met. I finally have glasses that have the correct prescription and can now see! I recommend him to all my family and friends!

Basically I walked in and the 'assistant's' first demand was'give me your insurance card'. Harldy trained in customer-orientation was my initial perception. Moving on to the Dr. - who had nothing other than negative remarks about my eyesight, pretty much called me 'blind', actually he did call me 'blind'.
