Purchased a tablet that geek squad determined has a software issue, and recommended it be exchanged for a new device. After standing in the customer service area for two hours I left unsatisfied with the same defective device I walked in with due to the poor customer service provided by assistant manager Randy who passed my exchange off to 3 different employees who were not able to authorize the exchange. Randy was short and rude to both the employees and customers causing a very unsatisfying best buy experience.
