This is a great bank with good old fashion customer service values. When I make a deposit I don't have to do anything but hand them my check. No filling out silly slips and having to know my account number. I feel like Norm on Cheers when I go in as everyone knows my name. I am a hard customer for banks as I am a hard person to please and have tried many banks in the valley, such as BofA, Key Bank, Wells Fargo, Washington Trust, ICCU, just to name a few and can say that Washington Federal is the best I have worked with.
Horrible service! Literally every time I go there I have to wait 15 minutes to be helped and there's one person in front of me!! This bank makes me so frustrated
I have two different bank accounts, and soon to be one because I have been back and forth with Wells Fargo. There seems to be either over complication of very simple things, such as the difference of cashing a check and depositing a check, too whether or not funds can even be accessed. I actually went to this location on multiple occasions today, and certainly hope I can completely cut all banking ties in one easy visit!!!
What a joke. I have called multiple times only to get a recorded message each time stating that the office is to busy and to call back later. What happened to service and accountability. THIS IS LEGAL MALPRACTICE!!!
