If you have a couple of hours to wait in the room for the doctor to finally see you - no problem. These guys are so unprofessional it's a shock they are still in business. Both times I waited over an hour, the second time I could hear the doctor chatting with the nurses outside the room!!!
I was a customer of Idaho Eye Pros, Doctor Kofoed (within EyeMart Express) for several years. I really did not have any issues, I did have to return a couple times to have my prescription adjusted after receiving a prescription that did not seem to work for me. This also happened with my mother as well. My complaint is that I received a bill this past July for $70. I was not sure why I received a bill as I had not visited their office since July of 2015. I contacted them and was told that my insurance did not pay them. What upsets me is that I was not notified of this last year when this occurred; otherwise, I would have used my Medical Visa card to pay them then. Why did it take a full year for them to contact me about an outstanding bill??? So I ended up paying them out of pocket this year, because I cannot use the medical Visa card for an expense that occurred a year prior. I live on a limited income so this really was money that I could not afford. Had they notified me last year, I would have cheerfully paid them with the medical credit card. Because of their neglect in notifying me, they have lost my business, as well as my mother's and my adult daughter, who were also patients of Dr. Kofoed.
The doctors, staff, location, optical and surgical service are all top drawer in my opinion. Been going there for years
My recent experience with Best Buy has been terrible. We ordered a refrigerator in July as part of the 4th of July sale. We requested delivery the first week of October because we were building a house and weren't moving until then. This gave Best Buy PLENTY of time to get my refrigerator from the distribution center to the local Best Buy so it can be delivered to our new house. I received a call confirming delivery and they said it was supposed to be on the truck Monday. Later, I got another call saying it wasn't on the truck, but it should be on the next one and early next week it will be delivered...at this point 5 days late. Today I got a call and they said it will be delivered to the local Best Buy on Sunday, but they can't deliver it until Thursday! I asked why this was the case...we ordered our fridge in JULY and it should be rush delivered to us since it's already arriving late. Nope...they said there's nothing they can do about delivering it earlier than a week late. They said they will compensate me, but honestly...how to do you put a dollar amount on not having a refrigerator for two weeks when you move. Let's not forget...I ordered the refrigerator in JULY! I would not recommend shopping at this Best Buy. Hopefully there is another local Best Buy that has better communication with the distribution center and better customer service. This Best Buy will never receive business from me again. We will be buying elsewhere for all our new house needs.

Wow! terrible service. I walked around this store for near an hour looking for several different items. Not one person stopped to ask if I needed help Then, when I finally found what I wanted and went to the check out, the snide check out girl told me that I had to use another credit card because mine was looking a little worn (from sliding in and out of my wallet) No, I don't need another card, in fact office depot took my card just find when I shopped there instead.
Have seen him several times and have always received a very professional but enlightening experience which made the time and situations extremely smooth. I have tried several others in his profession due to my eye situation and Gary was the only one to fully comprehend and resolve the issue.
Beware, these guys are rip-off artista extradinaire!! Take your business elsewhere!! A friend of mine from germany bought a MacBook Pro here last September. When the fan stopped working and there was some cosmetic damge to the unit less than 9 months later, she was charged $800 by a disreputable sales agent who took advantage of her non-English speaking naivete and didnt fully explain her options. What a rip-oFF! When I complained they basically told me ANY repair is $800 and nothing was covered by the warranty!!! The staff is pushy and arrogant and basically has the feel of a car dealership. You're crazy if you buy anything from these dirt-bags!
