LOOK AT ALL THE HORROR STORIES! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! I applied for a rental from them despite all the bad reviews. I needed a home for only about 4 months, and being that that is so hard to find, I was about to take my chances and rent from them as I had no other options despite my 820 credit score, and being at the same job for the last 22 years. Plus the fact that the deposit on the rental I was looking at was for $2000. So I was extremely nervous about renting with them. Thankfully, I found another rental a couple of days later so I rented from them instead. I texted them politely back asking for my $30 refund fee. They said they would refund me it. I didn't see it after a few days and asked again about it. They said I would see it within the week. Yet here it is about 8 days later and now they no longer respond to my texts!!! I'm so glad I didn't rent from them. I can only assume they would rip me off for a lot more if I had!
For a $300 apartment complex, it is nice and quiet. The grounds are keep in a well-maintained and pleasant atmosphere. There's easy access to the green belt as well as transportation; however, the only negative aspect is the increase in rent year-to-year. Overall, it's a nice apartment complex to share this friendly community with!

Do not do business with this company. Not even if you're desperate for a place to live. They will screw you out of your money and leave you homeless. Their own employees leave positive reviews on websites, which you can pick out by the isolated 5 in the sea of 1s and 2s.My sister and I needed housing to attend Boise State University, so we came in contact with Paradigm. Even though I am in my 30s with a flawless rental history and no credit problems, they insisted that our mother cosign. All three of us paid large non-refundable application fees. Then they made a big deal about our lack of income, even though my sister and I are full-time students and my mother retired, all of us with enough liquid cash in the bank to cover the entire term of the lease many times over. They accepted our application and took well over a thousand dollars as a deposit, with additional fees for the lack of income. All of this happened two months before school was to start.Originally we were to move in the second week of August, with a specific date eventually given, the 14th. Come the 14th, it would be available the 22nd "at the soonest", the day after classes would begin. At noon on the 18th, the Friday before classes and in midst of the 2017 eclipse mania, they backed out of the agreement. Had we not been able to miraculously find an apartment with a more sane company at the last minute, we would have lost thousands of dollars in student fees and years of our lives preparing to attend BSU.The reason given was that we did not have a lease and they were rejecting our application, despite having held on to our deposit for two months and communicating that we had been accepted. We also found out weeks into the affair that the apartment did not have the advertised amenities, which they denied advertising even though we have proof that they did. As the cherry on top, they threatened to keep our deposit with absolutely no legal basis to do so.
