They write way to many letters and they must get incentives! Someone in the neighborhood complains and they send out a letter for the stupidest things.
Yet they don't pay their bills. I know of a company that was doing work for them and they always paid late and claimed that they didn't get the bill even though it was sent to the same address for 3 years. Then they never notified to get out of the contract that they were in before they rehired someone else. They are in violation of the contract and are not willing to honor the current contract.
They scam, lie, cheat, and do as they please!

PPM is my management company. I am on the HOA board. Our CC&R's are remnanats of some other older subdivision, they are a legal nightmare and horribly written and unclear. They also contradict themselves in verbage. In meetings our PPM rep trys to lead the board around by the nose, she pushes a Nazi approach to everything. If the CC&R's don't line up to her needs, she asks the board to redefine CC&R verbage to mean something they don't even mean, without telling the residents. Their goal is to farm you for money. They work with the lawyers and train on how to farm fines from people for the lawyers and themselves. They do not send out letters and they turn you over to attorneys before you even know you're in violation. The next thing you know, you owe fines, fees, and attorney's fees which are $500 minimum.
Crater0611 says: if you followed the rules you agreed to when either purchasing the home or signing a rental agreement, you wouldn't have had to deal with fines.
Really? You redefine the words of the CC&R's as you go with no formal all inclusive meeting. I've seen it happen, the rules change and residents don't get notified. You hold private elections and swap presidents and officers on HOA's without full member approval and against CC&Rs. I've seen it in person. PPM is a scam and a rip-off working with the blood sucking lawyers to farm people for money, and they do slap liens on homes without notice and they do send out warnings for trash cans ON TRASH DAY! They turn nice neighbors into people who no longer get along. They are not stupid, they are evil and know exactly what they are doing. Crater0611 probably works for PPM, no homeowner would say such nice things about them. I do blame PPM for being unprofessional, unethical, and downright evil. I am pushing the board to let our contract expire and NOT renew. No PM could be this bad. They harass you and screw you over at every turn. Its all about money.

Perhaps instead of blathering on these pages you should speak to your HOA regarding the violations you have comitted? This company executes actions based on directions from others such as HOA's.
Additionally, if you followed the rules you agreeded to when either purchasing the home or signing a rental agreement, you wouldn't have had to deal with fines.
Take responsibility for your actions, or lack thereof and stop blaming others.

This place is the worst and will put a lien on your house without notifying you. They said that they sent me 3 bills in the mail that I never received.
They had my phone # although never called me and they also could have sent me a certified letter. However instead they just put a lien on my house that cost me an extra $200 to take off. I don't believe they ever sent me any bills to my house as I have never had a problem with mail before. Its one big scam. I wouldn't do business with these people and I wouldn't buy a house or even live in a neighborhood that they managed. Like the other guy said I hope they go under also.

They send out letter to homeowners and make up stuff to put them in violation for. They have sent letters for cars being parked in driveways that they dont like evn if the car drivable and registered you will still get a letter. If you have a small dead spot in your grass watch out you will get a letter. Don't forget about your trash can. They send letters to homeowners on trash day for trash cans being out for pick up.They have even wrote letters to the wrong house and wont admitt they mess up. If you are a renter you don't need to worry about your house cause they wont do anything to the renters just the homeownwer who try to have their yards look nice. Do not use this company unless you want to have very un happy homeowners. If they hired employees with half a brain maybe they would be better but right now the employees are so stupid and have no common sense. I wounder if they get some kind of incentive for sending out letters? I hope this company goes under!!!
