He didn't check his facts. My ex went into him and lied. A lot of the stuff that my ex told Mr Watts could have been proven and/or disproven if watts had taken the time to search the Idaho repository, or the ada county sheriffs web site, or READ the documents that my lawyer and I provide him, but he didn't. My ex has a warrant out for his arrest. He also has a history of domestic violence. Mr Watts believed my ex with out verifying his allegations, or checking his record. I thought Mr Watts wanted to evaluate me, and my daughter. So I didn't talk much about my ex when I met with Mr Watts. Apparently, that was a mistake. I lost custody of my daughter, our family was split. My ex now has primary custody of my daughter because Watts didn't do his job right. This wasn't a car, or a house, or freakin furniture we were fighting over, it was my baby girl. My daughter and my other kids will be affected by this, for the rest of their lives. I would NOT recommend going to him.
