I strongly disagree with (worst mani and pedi in Boise hands down) the third review. This is clearly a smear campaign by another local nail salon to acquire LA Nail's business. I have been going to this business establishment for years. I have never had a bad experience. I have told Laura and Tommy many, many times that I do not have them do my nails because they are cheaper in price, I go to them because they are the best. I have a vending business. I am not easy on my nails. I seldom have a nail crack or break. This is because they use superior product and do great work. As far as bad nail polish, I have never experienced bad product there either. Clearly the other review is in very bad taste and a very bad marketing technique by another local salon.

I have to get my nails done..but I do not have to go to a salon that is stuffy and no fun. Tommy & Laura do fantastic work, they are very busy, but they always have time for intelligent conversation and lots of good laughter! I don't even notice the building. I have been going to LA Nails for years now and it always feels like a party. My toes get the special attention they need and I like that a lot. The hours they are open are convenient and long ... plus they are open SEVEN days a week. Love it !

Although it doesn't project a very professional environment, I have never had my nails looking better than they did when I had them done at LA Nails! I love it there, and it is the only place that I will go in Boise to get my nails done. I have only ever had acryllic nails there, so I couldn't tell you about the rest, but I have had the nails airbrushed and painted, and I definitely disagree with the person above. I highly reccomend, great nails for a great price!

All the nail polish is thinned until it barely resembles the color it was meant to be. They are greedy for your business and will keep you soaking 30 minutes until the water is cold before they'll tell you to just come back in half an hour when they have more time. They don't use a base coat. I had a man who didn't use a base OR a top coat over the color which was so thin it pooled around the cuticles and was barely visible in the center of my nails. He also didn't cut my cuticles and his ""massage"" was painful and unprofessional. I could have done without it. LA nails is no cheaper than professional salons in Boise - in fact is it grossly overpriced - and the service is atrocious in every possible way. The place is also unsightley; their steel instruments are not kept in antibacterial solvent and their buffers appear to have been used for years. They keep their used nail scrubbing brushes next to their ""clean"" ones so customers can't tell them apart. Overall: disgusting and disgraceful. Go to Karen at Pure Bliss off Orchard behind the wig place. Few bucks more and you are in a spa setting with excellent, professional service.
