If you have a couple of hours to wait in the room for the doctor to finally see you - no problem. These guys are so unprofessional it's a shock they are still in business. Both times I waited over an hour, the second time I could hear the doctor chatting with the nurses outside the room!!!

I was a customer of Idaho Eye Pros, Doctor Kofoed (within EyeMart Express) for several years. I really did not have any issues, I did have to return a couple times to have my prescription adjusted after receiving a prescription that did not seem to work for me. This also happened with my mother as well. My complaint is that I received a bill this past July for $70. I was not sure why I received a bill as I had not visited their office since July of 2015. I contacted them and was told that my insurance did not pay them. What upsets me is that I was not notified of this last year when this occurred; otherwise, I would have used my Medical Visa card to pay them then. Why did it take a full year for them to contact me about an outstanding bill??? So I ended up paying them out of pocket this year, because I cannot use the medical Visa card for an expense that occurred a year prior. I live on a limited income so this really was money that I could not afford. Had they notified me last year, I would have cheerfully paid them with the medical credit card. Because of their neglect in notifying me, they have lost my business, as well as my mother's and my adult daughter, who were also patients of Dr. Kofoed.
The doctors, staff, location, optical and surgical service are all top drawer in my opinion. Been going there for years

I've been a client of Sears Optical for 15 years. You would think they would appreciate your business, BUT THEY DON'T. The people they hire are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I went in for my exam and paid in full. I went to get more contacts but THEY REFUSED to provide additional contacts since my prescription expires soon. They said I needed to pay for another exam before I can purchase contacts through them. My mistake by not getting a copy of my prescription when I paid for it. I am totally out of contacts, and have a hard time driving without them. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU, ONLY ABOUT COLLECTING THEIR MONEY.****** S T A Y C L E A R O F S E A R S O P T I C A L ****** in Boise. Walmart Optical gives better service than them, and they're cheaper.
This office is very accommodating. I came in early one time and they were more than happy to take me in early anyways. They had a great selection when I was purchasing glasses as well. I'm so glad they are located so close to me!
