I would give this car wash a 0 rating if they had the option. I stopped by to clean my truck because it was a decent day and I was in that area. I pulled into one of the cleaner bays because the rest were full of mud and trash. I sprayed the dust off and sprayed the brush off because I was gonna use it next. I switched to their brush and it took a little to get the foam to come out. After I finished I left and once my truck dried there were brush scratch marks ALL over my truck. I called the owner calmly let him know that their brush ended up leaving scratch marks all over my pickup. He kept trying to tell me that he doesn't know if it was his equipment or not that left all the scratches. I calmly told him "your car wash was the only one I used that week and the scratches were not there prior to using his car wash". He kept telling me this over and over. I told him I'm calling so you guys can make this right whether it be just buffing where the scratches are or paying for me to take it somewhere to have them buff it out. He told me he would not do that and there is nothing he can do. I gave him multiple times to make it right and he kept telling me that he's not gonna do anything about all the scratches on my almost new truck. They own jiffy laundry next door to it also. So if you want your vehicle to get scratches ALL over from their car wash that obviously isn't being maintained properly and getting told they won't fix anything then go here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS CAR WASH AT ALL COST!!! Very irresponsible company and the owner doesn't care what happens to your stuff that you work very hard for. Boycott both of this gentlemen's business!!! Now I have to go fork out a couple hundred dollars to have my truck buffed out completely and scratched removed. Hopefully they come out or a lawsuit will be on this owners hands!
I have used this car wash several times since I moved into the neighborhood. I like the bay that has the card reader. It took me a couple tries to figure it out. Wish more bays had this feature. I was really upset this past Monday when I spent 15-20 minutes waiting for access to this bay only to have the attendant block it off as soon as that person left.
This car wash was one of my first jobs over 30 yrs ago. I have been going to this car wash off and on. Sometimes it is hit and miss with service depending how busy. I had read the reviews prior to getting my car washed. I asked the receptionist to speak to the manager. I met with Kyle the manager prior to my car getting washed and let him and others know that I would be writing a review. They are all interested in doing a good job. They treated me with respect. My car is an older car and was quite dirty with stained carpets and center console was gummy. I paid for the red carpet service. After service I reviewed car and discussed prior complaints with them of prior help reviews. They were aware of prior reviews and are working to improve. I would go again, but suggest letting them know that you are reviewing them to get the best service.
Great prices! Very convenient! Love that I can spend as much time using the vacuums as needed and my washes turn out great! If there were ever issues, all I had to do was speak with the staff and I got a free re-wash to correct it. Highly recommend!
Boise's Best detailed my 2002 Chevy Avalanche & did an amazing job! Great service, great staff, & literally it looks better than when I bought it. Would highly recommend to anyone with auto detail needs!
I called in to ask about an ad special I had heard on the radio and they never called me back. Very poor customer service. Would choose a better cleaner.
Great wash, nice employees willing to help. Seems like the only place in the valley that still hand preps cars! Awesome vacuums and clean facility
Washed my car & truck here a few times, but this time my right rearview mirror was smacked pretty hard and my gas cap was ripped off my truck.Nobody answers their phone since it goes directly to voicemail.will have to visit in person to get a response I guess.
Same experience with Frank as a few of the other people who have left reviews. I paid $80 for a passenger car detail (interior only). I inspected my car after getting home instead of at his shop. As another commenter noted, it wouldn't have done any good to question his work -- he doesn't appear to be interested in listening to anyone except himself. It appears that he attempted to shampoo the carpets; cleaned some of the grime off the steering wheel (I had specifically pointed that out to him prior to the work); and wiped some shiny conditioner on the dash. In fairness, he did voluntarily buff the cruddy build-up off the headlight covers w/o being asked. However, I took my car in for a detail because I was seeking to have all the vinyl inside cleaned -- that did not occur in a meaningful way. Other than some of the dash immediately in front of the driver, and possibly a quick swipe on the door handles, the rest of the vinyl was not touched at all. I was seeking to have the windows cleaned inside -- that did not occur at all. I was seeking to have the upholstery shampooed -- that did not occur at all. I was seeking to have the carpet shampooed -- it appears that he attempted to shampoo the carpets, but nearly all the existing grime was still there, just swished around. He did clean the two floor mats pretty good.Very, very disappointed with the product of his work. I don't know if he deliberately performs poorly, or if he just doesn't give a damn anymore and doesn't care if anyone returns or gives bad word-of-mouth about the work. I tend to think he just doesn't give a damn, but I also have the sense that I was duped, with all the talk beforehand about how knowledgeable he is and all the chemicals he has, etc. etc. etc. Then, the result of the job looks as though he spent a total of about 30 minutes working on the car.Bottom line: Very sloppy. Very incomplete. Very dissatisfied. Very ripped off (it's $80, after all). And, most importantly, very mislead. It seems, effectively, that he is contemptuous towards the notion of meeting a customer's expectations. There also seems to be a component of 'skinning' the customer for the money, by talking everything up beforehand and then handing such shoddy work back to the customer. It reminds me of a carnival worker at those games where you only lose your money, and that's it. Bye, bye, thanks for the cash, sucker.
I have brought my Maserati last Wednesday and picked up Thursday afternoon. The outside had white residuals all over the place and when I asked the gentlemen he mentioned that it was the residual from the wax used. He then started to remove it with a cloth but obviously it was too much to remove . The front and back bumpers were not buffered and he said that those were scratched from rocks! The bad part was the inside! All my cream leather was messed up! Very dirty with grey/black spots. He noticed that and started to use his cleaner to remove some of the spots but then he mentioned that probably it was just my feeling. I got upset, paid my 200 dollars and left. I then stopped by the close leather shop that worked on my leather just few days ago and showed to the technician the status of my car. The technician recognized my leather and started to clean all the mess that those guys made. The lady at the leather shop wanted to give these guys a call (since she knew them) to tell them that most likely they used a dirty cloth to clean my leather. Few hours later I received a voicemail from who worked on my car saying: “I thought the car was stunning but if you are not happy let me know if there is something that I can do”. I just ignored the person since at this point there is nothing they can do. If someone thought that my car was “stunning” they don’t know what stunning means at all. I just went home, cleaned the bumpers with my polish and discovered no scratches at all other than dirt and called the leather person that will get my leather back cleaned as it was when these guys played with it. I totally spent 200 dollars for them and 150 to get my leather back. These guys have no professionalism and not capable to work on high end cars.
