LOOK AT ALL THE HORROR STORIES! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! I applied for a rental from them despite all the bad reviews. I needed a home for only about 4 months, and being that that is so hard to find, I was about to take my chances and rent from them as I had no other options despite my 820 credit score, and being at the same job for the last 22 years. Plus the fact that the deposit on the rental I was looking at was for $2000. So I was extremely nervous about renting with them. Thankfully, I found another rental a couple of days later so I rented from them instead. I texted them politely back asking for my $30 refund fee. They said they would refund me it. I didn't see it after a few days and asked again about it. They said I would see it within the week. Yet here it is about 8 days later and now they no longer respond to my texts!!! I'm so glad I didn't rent from them. I can only assume they would rip me off for a lot more if I had!
For a $300 apartment complex, it is nice and quiet. The grounds are keep in a well-maintained and pleasant atmosphere. There's easy access to the green belt as well as transportation; however, the only negative aspect is the increase in rent year-to-year. Overall, it's a nice apartment complex to share this friendly community with!
Our overall experience with First Rate Property Management has been very good. Everything has been perfect. Thank you!!
The folks at FRMP seem to be intent on keeping their tenants comfortable and happy. They've done a good job. I would highly recommend First Rate Property Management to anyone.
Do not do business with this company. Not even if you're desperate for a place to live. They will screw you out of your money and leave you homeless. Their own employees leave positive reviews on websites, which you can pick out by the isolated 5 in the sea of 1s and 2s.My sister and I needed housing to attend Boise State University, so we came in contact with Paradigm. Even though I am in my 30s with a flawless rental history and no credit problems, they insisted that our mother cosign. All three of us paid large non-refundable application fees. Then they made a big deal about our lack of income, even though my sister and I are full-time students and my mother retired, all of us with enough liquid cash in the bank to cover the entire term of the lease many times over. They accepted our application and took well over a thousand dollars as a deposit, with additional fees for the lack of income. All of this happened two months before school was to start.Originally we were to move in the second week of August, with a specific date eventually given, the 14th. Come the 14th, it would be available the 22nd "at the soonest", the day after classes would begin. At noon on the 18th, the Friday before classes and in midst of the 2017 eclipse mania, they backed out of the agreement. Had we not been able to miraculously find an apartment with a more sane company at the last minute, we would have lost thousands of dollars in student fees and years of our lives preparing to attend BSU.The reason given was that we did not have a lease and they were rejecting our application, despite having held on to our deposit for two months and communicating that we had been accepted. We also found out weeks into the affair that the apartment did not have the advertised amenities, which they denied advertising even though we have proof that they did. As the cherry on top, they threatened to keep our deposit with absolutely no legal basis to do so.
This company falls super short. Kelly Case is dishonest and ignorant. My fiance and I rented at 3890 W Custer Drive in Boise for a year. By the time we moved out, we had developed serious mixed mold toxicosis from the toxic Aspergillus mold growing in the foundation. After several attempts to reasonably bring it to her attention, I gave up, realizing that she is a crook in both business and respecting humanities, as she insisted to the end that we were sick by ourselves despite following a Paleo diet while living in her disgusting rental. Kevin is the name of her Band-Aid-er and I have confirmation from another tenant that cover ups are Kevin's specialities. Do not rent from Turn Key Property if you want to rent from a professional rental company! My fiance and I are still struggling 1.5 years later to pay our daily detox bills just to stay alive and get to work.
Worst rental agency I have ever worked with. I used this company to manage a rental I had in Boise, while I was out of state for work. First, I saved some money on my part by locating my own tenants from out of state. The new tenants met with 208-rent-now and signed a lease agreement with them. Once the lease has expired, I came back into town to check on the property and get it ready to sell. As it turns out, this company never did a preliminary walk-through with the tenants. The house had some expensive issues due to the tenants not taking adequate care of the property. I pushed 208-rent-now to withhold the tenants deposit for repairs and cleaning, but since no walk through was performed, they couldn't and wouldn't withhold the deposit. I was on my own for repairs.I later found out that this company did not even do a final walk through with the tenant after their lease had expired! I ended up paying for repairs and cleaning on my own. This company never once came out and did a "surprise" checkup on the tenants as they promised, and they were slow to get the appropriate tax documents to me for my annual return.I am appalled with how this company treated my property. I would say that they did a poor job, but that implies they did any kind of job to begin with. I do not recommend this agency for your property, stay away at all costs!
They have been great. Communication has been very good. They are prompt and honest. Highly recommend!!!
We've been very happy with our tenants and with your service over the years. Highly recommend to others
They have all been very nice. Every time I come in, they are patient and understanding. And also very helpful. Thanks!!!
