They are refusing to pay the court-ordered settlement as ordered due to their breach of contract, which we won in summary judgement. We also just found that the IRS has liens on their equipment, which will make it more difficult for us to see our settlement and also more difficult for anyone to see their money back, if necessary. If I could give them zero stars in review, I would. My husband, a disabled vet, and I will never be hiring Idaho Home and Energy again.It has been almost 2 years since we first engaged this outfit, and we still need a new roof. My toddler, disabled vet husband and I are looking for resolution still to this situation. It might save you some hassle by researching other crews.
The people at Sandler training dba Crossroads are dishonest. They will tell you one thing and then when they are asked to abide by what they said they refused to do it. Additionally the training is of no value. They did not cover anything that was not in the book “You can’t teach a kid to ride a bike at a seminar”. The core of the training is to encourage you to emotionally manipulate the people you are selling to. Additionally the program is designed to be atteneded remotely where the participants are in essence being excluded from the group. Don’t waste your money. Buy the book if you want to know what they are going to tell you, and save yourself a lot of time and money.
As new owners of a Zach Evans home, we are very pleased. We love our new home and really like the design, many features, and functionality. Some of the best features of our home are the many outdoor living areas, which are great retreat places, and the spacing of bedrooms so quietness prevails in those rooms even when lots of activity is happening in the rest of the house.The whole process with Zach Evans Construction went very well overall. In the beginning Zach and Jace worked diligently to design a beautiful home that we liked and that would work well for us. Todd Downey was always prompt about revising change orders and having the correct pricing. Katy Hoxsey did an excellent job suggesting colors and features according to our desires. Adam Corleone, the supervisor, worked extremely hard to be sure things were done right and timely. He listened to our wishes, made great suggestions, and had wonderful ideas. Adam was always available and very responsive. His attitude was always very positive, professional, and customer orientated. Most appreciated was his willingness to change or modify anything in the construction process.
We engaged Dave Evans to build a building for us and not only did we enjoy working with his staff, we left the experience with enormous respect for Dave himself. He was compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Look at other builders, because the quality of materials and workmanship seem questionable. If considering this builder, check all cabinet interiors, walls for nails sticking out, tile work, seams on the exterior walls, unpainted shelves in closets and pantries. I've been in a new Canyon Crest Home for only 7 months and have had too many issues to list from mismatched paint touch ups to bowing patio ceilings. Builder only provides a one year warranty, and I'm worried about what may happen after the first year. I love the floor plan, but have been very disappointed with the quality overall.
