This company is owned by Craig Curtis. I took Mr Curtis to small claims court on 10-28-2015 and won in ADA county. He has no intention of paying me. He intentionally rips people off constantly and not only has the Boise Police Department heard of this individual and company many times but every instance has been similar to this. Other companies in the area have also heard of this man and does not send business his way. Craig and his child, Hayden, dont answer their phones, lie about what their capabilities are, and in every way have a crooked business model. This team uses your device to post positive reviews about their business if your not aware of this feature. Notice most reviews on google are from google users that have never left another review... hmmm odd. Hayden and Craig are also proud of their huge collection of "lost or stolen" devices they use to sell you parts off of. Hayden laughed about having $2,000 dollars worth of fully functional stolen ipods (locked by iTunes until he can figure out how to bypass this). They are getting these devices in crooked ways and selling the parts for obviously a major profit. This is extremely illegal and someone from asurion should shut these people down. Craig and his child Hayden attempted to fix a crack in the back of my phone. I went to this store to have my phone fixed 7 times, seven, not twice or three times but 7. 23.5 hours of waiting. 114.5 miles of driving to and from this business. The crack in the back of the device was originally assessed by Hayden and could be fixed while i waited for $20 and still be water proof (xperia z3v in perfect operating shape). 7 attempts to fix later my phone was not fixed. The team had broken the charger door off the phone, the wireless charger did not work anymore, the camera was physically broken and disconnected from the device internally and the phone was covered in glue from the attempts. Knowing Craigs business well by now i knew he profited by stolen devices and on the 8th time visiting his store i made an offer. My offer was it would be silly to fix the phone for the 8th time. I asked him to pay 150 dollars for the insurance replacement and ill illegally say the phone was "lost or stolen" and he can keep the device and sell the battery, screen and any other salvageable parts so he was at least not financially deep into a hole with this terrible transaction. He said i was trespassing and demanded me off his property or the police would be called. i called the police and found out how many times this has happened and filed a small claims suit. He did not show. i presented evidence and won the case. Steer very clear of this placePay me what the court says and ill leave just a 1 star rating with no text.
I have never had so much trouble getting quality customer service in my life. Each and Every time I have been in this store they make me feel stupid, try to change my plan, and never actually listen to anything I say. Plus, each visit takes about 3 hours! I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone!
The sales reps at this store will do anything to meet their sales quotas. SIM cards are listed as $10 on T-Mobile's website and are occasionally cheaper. Don't go to this location unless you want to be charged $20 for a SIM or scammed into buying merchandise in order for them to write off the SIM card fee. I will not be returning to this store.
I went in to get my phone screen replaced and they said they will have it ready in an hour and would call the number i left with them. An hour passed so I went to their store only to find them closed. They didn't even have the curtsey to call me to tell me that they would not have my phone done until the following day. Horrible customer service

I have been to a lot of stores around this Valley and I have never had anyone be so nice and go out of her way to help when i need to get my husband a phone in another state. Christy went above and beyond customer service. She is always polite and very helpful when I come in and need anything. The gentlemen with the beard in the repair department is just as helpful and friendly. Love them both. They are keepers in my eyes.
Don't ever go to Impact Wireless! My husband had went in to go upgrade our phones and I had to wait a week to get mine. When I did my phone did not work properly we called and they told us we can come on in and switch it for a different phone. So we went down to the store and was told we had to wait for 10 business days to re-install my eligibility for my upgrade. I had no phone and was told I would get a loaner one. The loaner one was so old and had the battery taped on it. 3 weeks later still no phone, Impact Wireless never calls when they say they are going to. Every time we call we have to re explain everything, like they never heard it before. We also looked at our bill and had seen over $200 dollars added to our bill for activation fees and bulls***. I am so unhappy with Impact Wireless. We will never do business again!
SO disappointed! went in to get our phones fixed and talked us into new phones. That we were told we had 30 days to return..once we called to return we were told we only had 14days! Ended up with $76 in activation charges on our bill that we were not told about. They say it was in a contract that we signed but we don't have a copy of. Maybe this is just me but in a contract on not I have always been told about extra charges..esp activation fees! I have not paid one in years! Called Sprint and they said they were doing no activation fees right now but since we purchased through Impact we pretty much got screwed. Don't recommend! They didn't try to do anything to fix it..just made excuses! So mad!!!
