Lived there for 3 months in the corporate unit. Day 1 washer did not work. Took 3 washers before they bought a new one. Manager lied about everything she said to you. Luckily that manager was fired and new management brought in right at the end. The new manager lies too. Go figure. Said our apartment looked great. A month later no security deposit. She said she mailed it weeks ago. Called the corporate office and no record of mailing it. Called manager back and she said she had to figure out the refund. Gave us back $350 out of $500. Said we owed additional days. I have papers from management as we left that said paid in full. Then she charges us for carpet sanitation. Asked them to show me that in the lease? No response. Asked them about Idaho law that requires the deposit back in 21 days. No response. 3 months after moving out I got a partial security deposit back. Don't live here. Manager lies to your face daily. Still waiting for district manager to call me back from a month ago. When you to look, see if the back gate is open. Gated community with a broken gait since September.
Stoneridge apartments were pretty decent until Greystar management company took over. What was once a solid 4 is now below 0. If you ask yourself what is wrong with this country then your answer lies in companies like Greystar. Upon take over, Greystar managed to increase rent by over 15%, start charging for all utilities, start charging for pet rent, and introduce many hidden fees on your bills. What was once a heated pool is now ice cold because Greystar is too cheap to turn on the heater. The pool area is now hideous since Greystar decided to chop down all the trees around it so they wouldn't have to pay somebody to clean it. The grass around the apartments was green and now it's dead because Greystar doesn't water it. This place looks awful. Work orders take weeks to complete. Stoneridge is not worth your money. I would not recommend living here unless you hate your life.
Give me a break - redefining excellence? Good grief these apartments are just one step above a crap hole - everything is poorly maintained and managed. What a joke
