They are refusing to pay the court-ordered settlement as ordered due to their breach of contract, which we won in summary judgement. We also just found that the IRS has liens on their equipment, which will make it more difficult for us to see our settlement and also more difficult for anyone to see their money back, if necessary. If I could give them zero stars in review, I would. My husband, a disabled vet, and I will never be hiring Idaho Home and Energy again.It has been almost 2 years since we first engaged this outfit, and we still need a new roof. My toddler, disabled vet husband and I are looking for resolution still to this situation. It might save you some hassle by researching other crews.
It's pretty darn pathetic when a Certified Professional refuses to take ownership for a mistake... and when they won't even show empathy to a customer who is dealing with a dent that wasn't there until after the windshield was replaced. He admitted that he was working right were the dent is.. he admitted that he had his weight and the weight of the glass right over the area that now has a dent.. but oh NO he didn't do it. All I wanted was an apology...but instead I got a shady character that refused to admit he made a mistake. I will never go back. This location has been under new management for a year or so and it's not what it used to be. I recommend going elsewhere.
