I had a untrustworthy employee scam money from me at this location today 8/25/3017 my purchase was 17.00 and some change ...she wouldent give me a recipt ...when she brought out a hand written one with a total of 18.21 and two coupons for ice cream ...said it was a printer not working and the manager couldn't pull one up...some b.s. like that ...

I want to say this is the place I stopped off at on my way back to the home of Chick-Fil-A, Atlanta, Ga. It was Monday, June 19, 2017 around 3:30/4:00 p.m. I ordered my food. I had the salad with chicken, strawberries, apples (going bad) and blueberries. I wanted to sit at a booth. All of them were not clean. I went ahead and ate my salad on my tray since the table wasn't clean. When my food arrived, (Manager brought it), I mentioned that the table was dirty. His response was, (I get right on it). He never did. I looked around my table to find that the floor was dirty, seat, not to mention the fly that keep trying to get in my food. I was very disappointed. I finished my salad. Not one person while I was eating came by to see if everything was alright. They were in the middle of a shift change. Many staff there. No one cleaned the table, sweep or cleaned while I was there for 30 min. I went to empty my tray and there was no place to put the tray. I took my tray up the the customer counter. I informed the manager that he that he didn't clean the table at all after I requested it. I also informed him that I was disappointed in the cleanliness of Chick Fil A and that they could do a better job of making sure the place was a healthy environment to eat in. As a person who visits Chick Fil A often in the Atlanta area I found this sad that more care about cleanliness and customer service was not here at this Chick Fil A. A good manager would have his staff make sure everything in clean and in order before the next shift comes in toe take over. He/she would make sure that staff are greeting and making the customers feel welcome. I have read over the guidelines for being considered for emplacement at Chick Fil A and I was not seeing any pride of their work by any staff. I saw mostly staff talking, eating and not doing their jobs. Very sad. I hope this goes up the chain at Chick Fil A and there are some positive changes made at this Chick Fil A.
