I simply called to get information on rates and availability. When 'whoever' answered the phone they never introduced themselves or that I was even talking to a daycare. When I began asking questions, I was abruptly handed over to the director. She was never introduced nor did she introduce herself. I had to practically beg for her name and information on the daycare only to be discouraged about bringing my child in at the time I would be paying them for. Completely unprofessional.
