Your company sucks !! This is the second time that you let the tank run out. After the first time one of your supervisors promised that they would never let that happen again,and it did. You promised me two free orders. I can't do business with with a cheesy company like yours. Come get the tank ,I going to use a reliable company. This company is the biggest ripoff. They charge additional fees for everything, charge high prices for gas, and will lock your tank if you don't pay all their extra fees. Then they'll charge you extra fees to unlock, then to reconnect, etc. They're like gangsters. Avoid this company and all the many companies they bought up.

Thank you Paraco Gas for coming over without notice and disconnecting my tank the other day! and now just sending me the bill for that pleasure! It's so good to know PARACO GAS is so customer friendly that you'd do that without even a phone call to home or cell. Worse company ever!! I had Vitale which was a dream, then Paraco took them over. Constantly have run out of gas, because they will not put me on automatic delivery because I don't use enough?? When you call it takes weeks for delivery. When you go on line to set up delivery they claim "computer glich". They want to charge me $119. restocking fee for a rusted tank. I will pay it just to get rid of them. They should be put out of business!!
OMG what a horrible company to deal with - was a loyal customer for 17 years and to my surprise I diswcovered last week that I was removed from automatic delivery and put on cod. Not happy about that, but whatever, I tell them I'll pay for a full tank right now - They tell me that Friday that they cant promise delivery until the middle of the following week at the earliest and wouldnt commit to a firm delivery date. I tell a manager that it is the onle way we can cook in my house and that I have two young children to feed - The manager has the audacity to say well dont you have a barbeque, everyone has a barbeque these days - cook on that until we deliver. Cancelled them that day and found a great local company who came right away and set me up with a new tank. I encourage everyone to use any company other than PARACO - TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!!
I have been out of gas for 4 days and I still do not have a promise for delivery. I have been a customer for over 8 years and I am severely disappointed in their non-existent customer service. I am currently looking for a new gas company and I cannot wait to withdraw my business and get their tank off my property.
boo!!! bad have had my tanks for the 17 years I've lived here Paraco took over and promptly sent us a bill for $85 to lease their tanks told us we used to little gas and they would scrap the tanks and get more money.unless we pay a yearly lease fee. We decided to let them take there tanks, we were told the pick would be at-least 4 week and there would be a restocking fee of $109. Where are they restocking these rusty at least 17 year old tanks, at a scrap yard? Isn't this double dipping? Minus stars for them if I could!!!
It's a shame I can't put a zero rating. I had noticed that my recurring delivery had been skipped so I put in a request and had a two week wait. Today I ran out of gas and they told me it's going to be another 5 days. I pointed out that I can't cook and have two children but was told that this isn't an emergency. Seriously?
