Excellent experience ... I told dealers that I was blunt and knew what i wanted exactly and that i was phone shopping before lot visiting and i was a serious buyer now....... Riki BUTLER took my call at BOERNE TOYOTA and the info .....Told me she check her carlot and see what she had available... SHE was prompt in getting back to me ... SHE told me what she had and gave me complete pricing.... SHE truly respected my decision to get pricing / car choices over the phone and I got out the door prices... I never felt pressured that i had go to the dealership " to get the best deal". I got more for my dollars then any other place and never got that "ATTITUDE" that they were doing me a favor because i got an excellent deal. This dealership had an attitude of "this is the way we always we always do business"... I left their dealership knowing that I did not have spend hours torturing myself with a marathon haggling secession to get the best deal possible... WOULD I BUY AGAIN HERE ...in a heartbeat... but truthfully... we are senior citizen so with the reliability and dependability of the toyota brand this car will probably outlive us and as senior citizens living on a fixed retirement income ( OUR SAVINGS CAN ONLY DECREASE)... Every aspect of this purchase was pleasant and above our expectations. Riki Butler was the Sales Consultant we worked with. No pressure and no attempt to over sell us. She helped us find a car that meets our wants and needs but does not have any extras that we did not want. She also stayed with us through the entire process making us feel like she was looking out for us. Brian Price was our Finance Manager inchangeof the final paperwork. He changed the process from what I thought was a universally unpleasant one to one that was enjoyable and informative. During this process, the president, Mr. Shawn Vaughn introduced himself to my wife and me and offered to assist us any way that he could. We left our new car at the dealership for the application of a protection system inside and out. Riki will deliver our new car to me at the school I teach at on Tuesday (saving me a 50 mile round trip drive). We received much more for our trade-in than I expected and paid much less for the new car which was a double savings. This is the first time I have purchased a car without having buyer’s some regret.
Justin and Katie provided me with exceptional service. Their honesty was genuine. I had been to another Toyota dealership a few months ago to return my daughters leased vehicle that she no longer needed since she had recently relocated. A top Salesman offered to sell me a new toyota with my tradein. I had even left my car with them. Due to being upside down on my current camry they were unable to help me. Lots of promises but no results. To top it off their offer was a major down payment and a much higher monthly payment. It was inconvenient to say the least. But what a major difference with Justin and Katie. Justin worked diligently to provide me with a brand new Camry with its new upgraded features and paying less than my current payment! Additionally, my list of features I personally requested were included and no hugh down pay. Not only was I delighted but so was my husband. That to me defines a standard of excellence that proves Toyota of Boerne is a mile above the rest. Justin proved to be what others lack, good old fashioned honesty and integrity. After test driving the car and finding absolutely no flaws with it, Dean and Brandon from finance put together a proposal for us and valued our trade in. I have to say, they were very fair with our trade in value but better yet, Brandon was able to get us a better loan rate then we had imagined. I have to say that we left there more than satisfied and I would highly recomend anyone visiting this dealership for your next car or truck purchase. Mike the Sales Manager even came out personally (at 8:00 pm I might add) to ensure we were happy and all our questions had been answered. I will give Boerne Dodge all of my future business.
Really pleasant experience! Don't buy a lot of new trucks (last truck 11 years old). This dealership, salesman Andrew Valles, purchase processing, and facility show thoughtful planning, superb customer service, and large inventory. Prices were negotiable. Andrew was new to Toyota like I was and impressed me as an eager, but not pushy young man (and Veteran). He did all that I asked and even drove a 2nd vehicle home for me. I would buy Toyota of Boerne again. The Tacoma DBL Cab 4X4 TRD impressed me with the ride, power, and options. Looks great!!! Toyota needs a Tacoma update with rear disc brakes, and diesel engine option (more tow weight). Not the roomiest truck but best in class. Same options in Ford & Ram are overpriced. Tacoma is high price but quality and reasonable extended warranty. Thank you Andrew for your service, both to our country and to me!! Facility waiting area superb!!!!
Our search for a new vehicle was always in the small truck category and Toyota seemed the likely choice for us. After shopping for what seemed forever (couple of months) and getting the used/new sales pitch it was time to hang it up yet Boerne Toyota stood out above the rest not because of their prices but Justin Sciaraffa their sales consultant. We are a military family of 25 plus years and in the health care profession military and civilian so we would like to think that we know a little bit about customer service and professionalism. It’s this two attributes Justin has earned our respect and loyalty. So Justin don't change a thing and if you move within the vehicle industry keep us in mind.
I worked with Sam over the phone at first. He was a very friendly and a very honest guy. Those are the two qualities that I look for in an auto dealer. I am well studied on the vehicle so I did not expect to learn much. The experience was wonderful. Far better than any other Honda dealer that I have worked with. Most importantly the deal they gave me was outstanding. I know the proverbial saying is "I got a great deal." I really believe that I did get an un-believable deal. Sam was top notch and I highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a Honda. Four other Honda dealers were much closer to my home, so it proves that I would go out of my way to purchase another car from the Schaumburg Honda.

never thought I would be here over 3 hours for a 30K service. Also was disappointed to hear that routine fluids are not covered in the maintenance package we purchased. It's obviously in the "fine print" but what a rip-off---$400 later... Will NEVER purchase a Toyota maintenance package again. At Volvo--totally different story for our service. Love my Sienna, but disappointed today. I think "routine fluid" changes that are RECOMMENDED BY YOUR STAFF should be covered in our package. Do you consider these fluids a "luxury"? Also, would be nice to have some, at least ONE bench out front for guest to sit. It's so cold in the showroom. And noisy in the service bay patio.
