We purchased a used vehicle, test drove it first. First appearances everything seemed fine. Got 1/4 mike down the road, hit a bump and the truck went into a death wobble. Called Cavender, they told us to drive it home (5hr drive) take it to local dealer and they would pay to have it fixed. Now they want us to drive an unsafe vehicle back to them, over 300 mike trip, so they can fix it. So basically they are not going to fix it. After having it for two days, batteries were found to be fried and had to be replaced and now there is an electrical issue. According to Cavender this truck went through a 172point check before being put up for sale.
Very poor customer service. They showed no concern that I was 600 miles away from my house in a $40k truck with 1800 miles on it, that had a blown pinion seal. Them as well as General "bailout" Motors refused to provide rental even though they claim to have a 5 yr 100k mile warranty. Thanks y…

I recently bought a used truck from Nissan of Boerne. I made an online inquiry via AutoTrader about a truck that was used, but in excellent condition. Joe Barry replied to my inquiry within the hour. He scheduled an appointment with me only hours later. That same evening, he stayed late so my family could come check out the truck and test drive it. We put a small deposit down so the truck couldn't be sold while we thought on it. Joe was patient with us while we took the week to fill out the online credit application. We went in that Friday and signed the paperwork for the vehicle. They cleaned up the truck nicely and fixed the two things that bothered us on the vehicle. My only complaint is that we were only given one key fob, but we were promised two.
