I used them twice to repair my phone Spent 500 dollars and went home and my phone completely. Fell apart Plus they sold me an unauthorized charger It got stuck in my phone and I had to spend another 225. With another company Don't use this company. They are terrible ! They should not be. In this business They take advantage of people !
I'm from jamaica I come here for a week when I find them is like buying a new phoneThey repaired my galaxy note 4 and my iphone 5s within 2 hours they are fastest and affordable. Most stores told me that it will take 5 days
BE CAREFUL!I have been buying phones from this store for over ten years. It used to be a good place to do business. I bought a new phone there 1-25-15. I was offered a plan that isn't even available at Metro. Metro, when I called them, told me that I had 7 days to return the phone.5 days later I went in, as instructed by Metro, and the manager pointed to the wall where apparently there is a sign that says no returns.I asked why I was sold a phone with a plan that Metro doesn't even offer? The manager said that the girl who helped me was new. Yet they refused to take it back.After buying phones ONLY at that store for 10+ years they apparently have so much business that they don't care about customer satisfaction. They don't even care about following Metro PCS guidelines! They just do whatever they want with impunity!I remain a Metro customer but I will never spend another cent in that store, a place that doesn't care about repeat business, customer satisfaction, Metro PCS guidelines, or even giving accurate information about what they sell.If you buy something there make SURE you verify what they tell you with Metro PCS because if you don't, and you get stuck with a phone you can't use, you're on your own!
