Had 10 coupons for a free large pie( No expiration date) & they would not honor it, saying I had to open a new account & place coupons in it. When I did I was shortchanged & could not use for a free pie! Major Ripoff!! Dastardly customer service...
Very good service and excellent food if you like good food and service at a place that has a great bar this is the place to go.I could eat here every night!
We consider Tucci's our favorite go-to spot for pizza and wings. The salads are superb. Our favorite pizza has broccoli rabe on it. The wait staff are always kind and skilled. The beer and wine selections are top shelf!!
These guys have like the best food. Better than any pizza. Their pasta and salads are to WOW for. Must see yourself.
It was ready, hot and we walked right back out. Its pizza.. And since this needs more words, the store is right next to a Publix and the sign is small. So yeah..
I wish I could post NEGATIVE stars, because this place deserves less. I ate lunch here (Aventura location) today and found PLASTIC SARAN WRAP 5 INCHES LONG AND 1 INCH WIDE IN MY FOOD. I pointed it out to my waiter. One would expect the manager to come RIGHT AWAY and apologize, but this did not happen. I had to go up and ASK my waiter to call her out to speak to me. I am shocked that the possibility of a customer ASPHYSXIATING ON PLASTIC YOUR CARELESS KITCHEN STAFF LEFT IN MY MEAL would not immediately signal that you should come out and APOLOGIZE as the manager and head representative of the establishment, and include an entire free meal for us. It's not really about the meal. It's an extremely serious offense. And I'll be damned if I'm going to choke and die from someone else's EXTREME NEGLIGENCE. So I will post this where-ever I can and make sure EVERYONE knows not to eat here.
I have worked in a number of places in regards to marketing but this company by far surpasses all others in regards to the quality of data it provides and the management of accounts.

In regards to Email Marketing: As if Take 5's outrageous claims, unlike any of the standard append marketing companies, is not a red flag enough. Their faulty logic behind not providing a sender score (again like other marketing companies) and the substantial upfront costs (with no trial) only further proves the countless reviews on this company are accurate. Nothing personal, but no intelligent person would give this company funds to market with.
There were fruit flies in and around the table (once the food started to be served,) restaurant, bugs in the food, a lovely waitress (but she couldn't speak English,) a very limited menu, and the fish had been thawed via microwave and then over cooked and dry (A $19 meal.). Yet, the worst part about this restaurant are the owners. They lack any sense of good judgment. They are rude and defensive about the complaints I've listed above. From a business perspective, they lack all finesse in what it means to run "a good business." Unfortunately, the owners inability to take accountability and responsibility for these complaints portrays not ignorance but, rather, a sense of desperation. The business is falling apart (even the signage on the outside storefront is in need of lighting repair.). Simply stated, this place is a zero star .... The quality of food gets one star, cleanliness gets one star, and the owners response to these problems is zero stars. If this restaurant survives, it will be a miracle.
