        The first time I went to Thrive was around May of 2010. I was sick all the time and very stressed out with work and home situations. I was overweight and lethargic. Everything was going wrong.

        I was seen by Dr. Filiz Bakir, the owner, and I immediately fell in love with her. Dr. Filiz Bakir started off by applying the Traditional Chinese Medicine intake methodology; tongue and pulse testing and etc... she asked me a ton of questions and we chatted at leisure. The session took about 90 minutes, including my first treatment.

        She concluded my issue was GUT and stress related, and Acupuncture and Homeopathy was prescribed and applied for a few visits. She also invited me to a Digestive Care Workshops that was held on-premises (she was the main speaker). That was the beginning of a new life for me.

        I have been a client now for many years, and I no longer require constant care. I have reached my ideal weight, personal and health goals, and I never felt better in my life. I come now because I like the treatments, the people, the lectures and specially to catch up with Dr. Filiz and the rest of the team.

        I must ad that the cost of going there is very affordable, and my insurance covered most if not all my bills.
