Q.E.P. Company manufactures, markets and distributes a line of flooring tools and accessories for the home improvement and installation markets. Under brand names Q.E.P., Roberts, Q-Set, Elastiment, Vitrex, Fresh, PRCI, Capitol USA and O'Tool, the company markets approximately 3,000 products used primarily for surface preparation and installation of ceramic tile, carpet and vinyl. It sells products to large home improvement retail centers, as well as traditional distribution outlets in 50 United States and countries throughout the world. Q.E.P. Company was one of the first to introduce the twin-rail ceramic cutter to the U.S., and has pioneered many popular ceramic tools. The company was established in 1979 and is headquartered in Boca Raton, Fla.
