I had an appointment with Philippe a French Guy...what a joke this experience was- I was very specific about the cut and color I wanted, I had several pics for him to get the idea. I didnt get either! I went in with dark brown, long hair and wanted a golden brown w a few highlights. The cut was to keep it long but have a long bang long enough to pull back in a ponytail. My bangs are now to my cheek...not long enough to pull back and my hair is still dark brown with blonde highlights...looks like a very beginner job, but I didnt pay the beginners price. $275 later, and Im not only depressed about how horrible my hair looks, but that fact that I paid so much for this. I will never go back, not even for them to fix it..i figure if they cant get it done right the first time, Im not giving them the opportunity to damage my hair more.The Owner was so rude with me, she speak French also her name Caren. Asthetically, the salon looks nice but, I dont care if you offer me white wine, red wine, water, champagne, tea etc..I'm not there for drinks, Im there for a hair cut.

This used to be my favorite place in Boca to go. It was a great relaxing atmosphere. Now, everytime i go, I findout the staff that has been taking care of me for years has been fired for no aparent reason. Whoever is running this salon obviously has no idea how to run a business.The new Owner Fabrice And Karen are so fake.

I used to go to this salon but there has been a change and the stylists are grungy now. a colorist named marena used a color that left my hair super dry. patrick did a nice cut though. the stylists and salon just feels desperate. they try and they have a pretty space but the result was damaged hair and haggard stylists.

I came to this salon because I was not happy with my stylist who basically cut my hair however she wanted too.

I can not express how happy I am that I found Pure Salon and Spa(my new stylist). The service is impecable, I enjoy being pampered and all the ladies are extremely nice. I am definetly not looking for another salon, I am 100% satisfied.

I'm disappointed to have learned about this salon not long before I moved to another state! don't make the same mistake I did. Go and check it out for yourself. This place is the absolute best. I have been going here for over 5 years and will not go anywhere else. I even convinced my husband to start going there. This is our family salon. I even take my 5 year old daughter here and she loves all the attention she gets. You can't beat the individualized service and attention. I had my hair done there by PATRICK for my wedding and since then I don't let anyone touch my hair. I know that when I have my appointment with Patrick that I am guaranteed great "me time". The service at this salon is A+ from the moment I enter the front door til the time I walk out.

Can't say enough good things about Pure Salon and Spa. Fantastic cut and color. Great conversation. Easy to grab parking. Love Marina!

Don't go. Very snotty people. I made the mistake of thinking they were the same affiliation with Pyure, an Aveda salon, I am very particular about where I get my hair cut and I have tried to use them twice. The first time I wanted to get my hair and makeup done for an event and their makeup artist didn't work on the day of my event, so the receptionist suggested I come in the day before when their makeup person worked.. huh? The second time was just recently when again I had a red carpet event to go to and needed hair and makeup and I walked in and the receptionist went over to their available stylists..most of them were doing nothing but sitting around talking. I can see them sizing me up and since I was wearing shorts and a t-shirt the receptionist came back and told me I would have to wait for about an hour before someone can see me.

It was their last chance. I am never going back.

I guess I'm a little naive about how salon's work these days but I'm a little disappointed. I got a descent haircut not exactly what I was expecting since I brought pictures to help illustrate what I wanted. When I went to check out the girl asked if I had cash for the tip. I said I did but unfortunately I did not plan on the $300 bill. From the website and the services I received I was expecting more around $200 tops. Other than the massage chair that you sit in when getting your hair shampooed that doesn't break your neck, there was nothing special about this $300 visit. I'll stick to my $180 stylist down the street for now. Lesson learned fru fru salon doesn't mean you'll have a great cut.
