My wife and I are re-doing our kitchen and wanted an accent light for over our sink. We found the perfect hanging light in LBU's expansive showroom and they ordered it for us. When we came in to pick it up, there was a problem with what they ordered. However, to make things right, they gave us a 40% discount off the product's price and dropped the shipping charges. They also spent over half an hour fixing the issue while we waited. They truly put the customer first.

The lights at LBU can be rather expensive, and we were a bit put off by the confusion over our order, but they won us over with their excellent customer care and we will definitely go back to them for future lighting needs.

There is no doubt this place has a great selection of fixtures and bulbs. But their service leaves a lot to be desired. I found a fixture on line, but wanted to see it before I bought and buy it locally. The manufacturer said dealers could get a sample of the glass at no charge. I asked LBU to get that for me. They said they would, but did not follow through. It took two visits to the store and four phone calls (and two months!) to make it happen. When I picked up the sample, do you think they even tried to get me to buy it from them? Nope. So I bought it on line and saved 10%.
