Fitness Equipment Headquarters

I bought a treadmill for myself a couple years ago from Home Fitness. Both the treadmill and their service are great. When our condo was looking for some machines for our exercise room, some board members and I went back. They gave us a ton of information, super pricing, great service and an orientation after the equipment was delivered. Very pleased!

Several years ago, my husband and I were referred to Home Fitness Headquarters by the property manager of our community, who knew that we wanted to get a treadmill and who informed us that this company handled the maintenance at the gym at our condo. We were extremely impressed by the salesperson’s knowledge, as he discussed differences among different models, but even more so by his honesty and goal to get us into something that would fit our needs. He explained that we did not necessarily need the more expensive of the two models which we were comparing. When the treadmill was delivered, the men arrived on time, were very neat, and explained the basics of how to operate our new treadmill. Since then, we have had Home Fitness order a new power cord for us when we lost it in a move. Recently, we purchased a home gym and again were pleased with every aspect of the purchase and delivery. All too often people take the time to complain when things go wrong, so I wanted to make sure to compliment a company that does things right!
