I can't rate their Expertise or Professionalism, because they don't answer their phone, and there's no voice mail! It just rings...This is an embarrassment (or should be, anyway) to Labcorp.
Went in for a blood test. The location is sub par, no clear direction. When I got my blood withdrawn, I started remembering the old hospitals in Turkey where the service is third world status.
These people DO NOT ever answer their phone. There was another number listed and that one does not even work and it does not give you a new number. I am just trying to see if my test results have come in yet and no one is there to answer. I have called on different days and at different times, its no use. Poor, Poor business practices here.
I had an appointment made in advance through the online booking system and had to wait 30 minutes for them to take me. There was a full waiting room and not every room In The facility was being used. It looked like everyone went to lunch at the same time and the rest of the waiting room was also frustrated. The computer was acting up and all people working there were aloof and unfriendly and disorganized. The Quest on power line and 18th is much better and I will avoid this location in the future.
