Busy Bees has a fabulous facility and staff. It is just like having family members take care of your children. They are extremely accommodating. I am also a teacher and believe their curriculum is fabulous! My son started kindergarten last year at A.D. Henderson and he was very well prepared! He did all of his homework assignments independently. I highly recommend Busy Bees.

From Business: We are a pre-school school setting. We service children from 2 months to 8 years of age. We offer ballet, yoga, and Spanish classes. We are an academic program - …
The owner is one of the most unprofessional person you will ever meet. I called and asked if they had openings for a 2 year old and 3 month old she told me yes. When I came there for a tour, that turned out to be false ! It's very crowded under staffed and she wanted to find a way to squeeze my kids in there just for the money. She is very money hungry as well. She told me a price and changed it (up'd the charge) Then stated " oh I have to see what price I told you, I wrote it down. And if that's the price I promised you I will go with that" so there is no set price ! Stay far away the school is all over the place. Dirty bathrooms for kids who are potty training and dirty play ground that's rusted and dirty toys. The kids are not separated by age. There are no classrooms everything is open like a big room. Very messy! Uncomfortable! Understaffed ! Unsanitary ! Very bad security, anyone can just walk in.
When my kid and I arrived for a tour, the front desk girl was talking to someone and paid no attention to us. We made our way all the way inside and after a few minutes the receptionist entered the class rooms and saw me looking lost. She asked me if I was dropping off my kid, when I told her we were there for a tour. The classroom was a mess. The kids looked disorganized. Some of them were eating, some of them were just siting around, some of them were playing with toys. The teacher informed me kids brought their own snacks from home, and said they were taught and spoke only Spanish in the afternoons. The owner called to follow up on my visit. This woman will tell you anything you want to hear. Even if it's not true. She blamed the teacher saying she wasn't informed enough, and they did give free snacks; they spoke Spanish only to the students that wanted to learn Spanish; and I could drop off my kid at 7:15 although the teacher told me they open at 7:30 am.
This school is amazing! We enrolled my daughter at 2 years old after we had a bad experience at another school. EMMA was so great and within no time she was no longer scared of school and loving it. This school is so warm and nurturing. My daughter is excelling there and learning so much. The past two years at this school have been phenomenal. Sadly due to a move we can't continue here but I was hoping my kids would stay through the 8th grade.
My children have attended a couple of different daycares before they came to Puffin. I have to say that I didn't know the difference between daycares and preschools until I came to Puffin. My children come home daily talking about new things and they have learned and grown so much in such a short period of time. The school has a great curriculum, also, the teachers are so caring and sweet. One of my children had a hard time separating from me and they were so patient and loving and did not get annoyed when I called a few times a day to check on them. Now the kids never want to go home!
This school has proven to be worthy of being in the Boca Raton Community for approximately 28 years. Since families can report that their children and grandchildren attended this school, it's probably a place where "TLC" is provided! Choose your child's preschool for your the reason that is important to "your" family. Some people dislike every preschool...
My kids absolutely love Busy Bees and the helpful, kind, generous, knowledgable staff. We were so lucky to find them and have such terrific memories of our time spent with them. My daughter still asks for her teachers there and tells me stories about her time there. I love this day care and think the world of the staff. I just can't say enough great things about them!
My son is going there for already year and a half and he just love it.Family owned and operated with a lot of experience, very clean, great activities(he like a lot gymnastic class),home and healthy cooked meals.. He can't wait to go there and the other day he told me that he wants to go to Little friends in the weekends 2-:).. Highly recommended
All 3 of my kids were here at one point, my oldest 2 were there first but this daycare doesn’t care for infants so the minute my baby turned 1 I moved him with his brothers. He has been there the past 3 years and he loves it. The teachers are nice- my son loves them, there is hardly any turnover, which is great for a pre-school. The director is as helpful as they get. The only thing I would say needs a change is an upgrade and some makeovers for this place is needed, it’s a little outdated but they are working on it.. seems like a very old building so I guess you would have to expect it to be run down in some areas…To the user who posted a its bad business to not have infants, maybe you should stop by and see why. There is no room and they are not equipped to handle infants- would you want your child there if they are not equipped to handle small babies? It’s worse business to care for infants when the environment is not properly set up. Get over it, there are plenty of other places...
Very good experience! Nice school, nice teachers.... our son has learned a lot and he seems to be having a lot of fun and getting a lot of attention there.. overall positive experience..
