As others have posted, their customer service...or complete lack of, is unbelievable. Forget the fact that they hardly ever answer their cellphone,…

I purchased Amicus Attorney from these guys and I wouldn't do business with them again!Purchase directly from Amicus instead of these people.I called Amicus about an issue with their setup disk and how it doesn't work without tech help "fixing" issues after I ran Probill's Amicus setup disk.Amicus told me since I purchased the product from Probill, Probill could help me.They also said that I shouldn't be charged since it's an issue with the installation and actually tried to help me out by going through some notes on my account.Probill on the other hand said that they could "probably" help me (not definitely, probably), but I would have to pay a minimum of $600 for four hours of tech help to find out. Again, to fix a problem that shouldn't' have been an issue in the first place, a working installation disk. Also, when I did have the free 30 days (?) tech help, I had several issues with bugs which they never actually resolved. They only fixed the installation problem. So the program was barely running with basic capabilities. And for support to get back to me, it took days. That's a long time when you have a limited number of days of free tech help.
They do not stand behind their products and sold me a bunk phone - then told me that I should not have downloaded the latest iOS updates on the iPhone 4s, even though it was a 5s that I bought from them. I am very disappointed that a company that sells so much product would not stand behind a "Mint" phone they sold me that never worked correctly and now will not even boot into the iOS. So I am stuck with a phone that never worked and a seller that will not back up their sale.
In January, I apparently had the "black screen of death" on my Galaxy 4S (ironically and unfortunately I received after the death of my cousin). By the time I took it to the closest repair shop (ubreak...whatever they are called) my screen had mostly returned. They told me the problem and said it would be $155 and pay half now and get it back in a day or two.I wanted a second opinion and came to Mobile Source after driving through the maze of warehouses. The rep told me if he would take it in the back and put it on the machine. Alarm bells went off in my head...what are they going to do to it in the back?He came out a minute later and said it was the same problem as the other place told me. He also said that it was not the original part. He further said, it was working fine at that point and there was no sense in fixing it and I should wait and see if continues to work.Three months later, the phone works fine. Like an auto repair shop or a HVAC company, they can tell you anything and you really don't know. Duh, I was even banging on a table the night before reading suggestions online. How much more honest of a business can you ask for?I kept forgetting to write this, but since the phone won't charge in the car (online says you need a 2 amp charger), I remembered as I plan to check it out with these guys tomorrow.I wish they fixed cars too...at least I know I would not get ripped off. Please give them your business...don't let nice guys finish last.
BE CAREFUL!I have been buying phones from this store for over ten years. It used to be a good place to do business. I bought a new phone there 1-25-15. I was offered a plan that isn't even available at Metro. Metro, when I called them, told me that I had 7 days to return the phone.5 days later I went in, as instructed by Metro, and the manager pointed to the wall where apparently there is a sign that says no returns.I asked why I was sold a phone with a plan that Metro doesn't even offer? The manager said that the girl who helped me was new. Yet they refused to take it back. After buying phones ONLY at that store for 10+ years they apparently have so much business that they don't care about customer satisfaction. They don't even care about following Metro PCS guidelines! They just do whatever they want with impunity!I remain a Metro customer but I will never spend another cent in that store, a place that doesn't care about repeat business, customer satisfaction, Metro PCS guidelines, or even giving accurate information about what they sell.If you buy something there make SURE you verify what they tell you with Metro PCS because if you don't, and you get stuck with a phone you can't use, you're on your own!
