I wanted to share my experience with everyone because feedback is important. The owner was very helpful helping me sell my personal furniture. The store is very clean and has some pretty cool things to look at. I would randomly pop in to check out what they have because I was remodeling my home too, The one thing I noticed is that things move pretty quickly and new stuff would pop up all the time. I even recommend to stop in just to walk the store, you never know what you might find.

The owners, Jeff and Rich, are wonderful. If you haven't stopped by yet, do yourself a favor... you will find something you just have to have... or get ideas of what you can sell... and they always have great music playing..
I was interested in a couple of chairs. A younger woman was helping me out and was very pleasant; however when I had to deal with the more senior person, she was rude and condescending and barely looked up at me. My husband and I walked out. I don't need to feel as though someone is being terribly bothered when I inquire about an item and I was more than polite. She can keep her chairs. Will never return. not sure if it was the owner but if she doesn't like to deal with people... she should work somewhere else. Merchandise was also dirty and scratched up.
Once upon a time, this was a magnificent shop. Then apparently, the Owner lost interest and either sold it or turned it over to poor management without telling the Consigners who trusted her with their valuables. I have been desperately trying to retrieve my unsold items or collect payment if they have been sold. However, I cannot get a straight answer from the new Manager. My items are nowhere to be seen in the shop. Will write BBB and Chamber of Commerce next. Stay tuned! In the meantime, Consigners Beware!
