Food was cold and very dry we will not be going back to this place. Waitress was very nice and attentive
Very good Burgers. I've been to the original in Deerfield Beach and I believe this place does a great job of keeping the same great taste.
WE WENT TO SMOKEY BONES WEST BOCA ON THURSDAY NITE . THE BARTENDER WAS HORRIBLE ALL SHE DID WAS ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMERS AT THE BAR INSTEAD OF HELPING THEM. YOU MITE EVEN THINK SHE WAS SOME SORT OF MILLENIAL COMPUTER. IF YOU WANTED SOMETHING SHE COULDENT FIGURE OUT SHE SAID THE COMPUTER DOESN'T ALLOW IT. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO COMMON SENSE AND THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RITE. WHEN I GO OUT I REALLY DON'T WANT TO A BARTENDER ARGUE WITH ALL THREE CUSTOMERS AT HER BAR. MAYBE THATS WHY THE BAR WAS EMPTY.
Now it is probably the worst place to eat in Florida! This is sad because when it first opened, it was great...great food and great service. I ate here about two weeks ago...the food was vile. I couple of things ordered they said they did not have. But, thought it was just an off night, so, I went here again for lunch today. I placed my drink order, and Arnold Palmer, half iced tea and half lemonade. The waiter came back and said they did not have lemonade. I ordered shrimp on a skewer. When it arrived, it was covered with bacon. I told the waiter that I did not order shrimp with bacon and found out that it was cooked on a grill and they simply do not clean off the grill on a regular basis. So, the took it back and made a new order. The sauteed spinach was terrible, way too much garlic and it seemed to be steamed, dripping with water and no oil. My friend ordered the rib eye and it was a tiny piece of meat. For dessert, I ordered rice pudding and the waiter came back and said they didn't have rice pudding. So, I ordered a black and white cookie. It was dry and stale. Maybe new owners, who knows, but I noticed both times I was there, the place was virtually empty. Do youself a favor, avoid this place.
LOVE THIS LITTLE PLACE - CONSISTENLY AMAZING FOOD! I really love this little restaurant. The only reasons that I docked them a star is (a) because it's so tiny inside that they have to have the smallest little chairs and tables and the chairs are like little kid's chairs so it's not very comfortable to sit (although I don't mind that they are so small - I think it adds to the quaint character ... I tend to enjoy boutique businesses because of the attention to detail and personalized service) - and - (b) because it's cash only. I understand that credit card fees are expensive but it's hard because every time I want to go there I realize I don't have any cash, so they don't make it very easy or convenient to do business with them that way. Otherwise, it's cute and quaint and the food is absolutely phenomenal. It is consistently great no matter what you order. I've never had a bad dish or glass or bowl of anything here. It's ALWAYS amazing. The raspberry iced tea-lemonade combo is delish & refreshing and the banana cake is to die for. Actually all of their desserts are to die for. Everything is made fresh from the freshest ingredients. I really don't know where of how they get everything so fresh. They also have the best specials like meatloaf and quiche - stuff you just don't get anywhere else. Each dish is so full of flavor, presented nicely and is the perfect size. The soups are also just perfect and again just bursting with freshness and flavor. I feel like I am in my grandma's garden room and she just made me some of her amazing fresh dishes with veggies, fruits and spices from her garden whenever I go there. The owners are also really great - 2 men who are always friendly and working hard. I think they have been around for like 20 years, maybe longer, so they are definitely doing something right! And they are also always crowded, so that also speaks to the quality of the food. I do wish that they were open for breakfast or at least brunch ... and for dinner ... and on the weekends :)! I would go much more frequently if they were open more often and if they took credit cards. I still try to go as often as I am able whenever I am in the downtown Boca Raton area. If you haven't been to the Tin Muffin, make it a point to go - it's a real treat! Just don't forget your cash. Also, when you look at the menu they may seem a little pricey for what you're getting, but once you taste your apps, meals and muffins or desserts, you will know that it's worth every penny. And don't let your visit fall on a diet day because you simply have to get one of their decadent desserts too. TIN MUFFIN IS A DEFINITE GO!
This place is our once a month visit restaurant. We love the food and the staff. My husband loves their drinks and they are so polite to our children! Definitely on our top!
Was referred by a local when visiting. Great little Gastro-pub in East Boca Raton, FL. The menu wasn't huge, but everything we ordered was yum. The Pork Belly Sandwich and Sriracha popcorn were some of the highlights and the "Pickled Jar" of various vegetables was great. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
Food was cold salty greasy service was good manager dropped food went all over my shirt had to go all the way home to change because I had to meet someone later asked about a discount she's like accidents happen had to drive an extra 40 miles because of that
My absolute favorite restaurant, menu changes as well as the fun drinks - a great atmosphere to gather with friends and enjoy some really delicious food, have yet to have anything I didn't like!
Order food for delivery and chicken wasn't cook all the way it was raw , so I try to work with owner and he cuss me out and said a lot of disrespectful, inappropriate words and told me if I email him he will reply with a nice unreadable email . People do not order food from this place... It's garbage.
