LOVE THIS LITTLE PLACE - CONSISTENLY AMAZING FOOD! I really love this little restaurant. The only reasons that I docked them a star is (a) because it's so tiny inside that they have to have the smallest little chairs and tables and the chairs are like little kid's chairs so it's not very comfortable to sit (although I don't mind that they are so small - I think it adds to the quaint character ... I tend to enjoy boutique businesses because of the attention to detail and personalized service) - and - (b) because it's cash only. I understand that credit card fees are expensive but it's hard because every time I want to go there I realize I don't have any cash, so they don't make it very easy or convenient to do business with them that way. Otherwise, it's cute and quaint and the food is absolutely phenomenal. It is consistently great no matter what you order. I've never had a bad dish or glass or bowl of anything here. It's ALWAYS amazing. The raspberry iced tea-lemonade combo is delish & refreshing and the banana cake is to die for. Actually all of their desserts are to die for. Everything is made fresh from the freshest ingredients. I really don't know where of how they get everything so fresh. They also have the best specials like meatloaf and quiche - stuff you just don't get anywhere else. Each dish is so full of flavor, presented nicely and is the perfect size. The soups are also just perfect and again just bursting with freshness and flavor. I feel like I am in my grandma's garden room and she just made me some of her amazing fresh dishes with veggies, fruits and spices from her garden whenever I go there. The owners are also really great - 2 men who are always friendly and working hard. I think they have been around for like 20 years, maybe longer, so they are definitely doing something right! And they are also always crowded, so that also speaks to the quality of the food. I do wish that they were open for breakfast or at least brunch ... and for dinner ... and on the weekends :)! I would go much more frequently if they were open more often and if they took credit cards. I still try to go as often as I am able whenever I am in the downtown Boca Raton area. If you haven't been to the Tin Muffin, make it a point to go - it's a real treat! Just don't forget your cash. Also, when you look at the menu they may seem a little pricey for what you're getting, but once you taste your apps, meals and muffins or desserts, you will know that it's worth every penny. And don't let your visit fall on a diet day because you simply have to get one of their decadent desserts too. TIN MUFFIN IS A DEFINITE GO!
Was referred by a local when visiting. Great little Gastro-pub in East Boca Raton, FL. The menu wasn't huge, but everything we ordered was yum. The Pork Belly Sandwich and Sriracha popcorn were some of the highlights and the "Pickled Jar" of various vegetables was great. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
It is very slow in the evening. We had to wait forever to get food. When they brought it, the chicken was burned and the wings were cold. We asked for the manager but, he never came. Everyone else was complaining too. I usually love the Chili's chain. This one has problems and it seems management doesn't care.
had dinner here tonight; all dishes were attractive and tasty but the service was untrained at best. Did not remember to pick up drink order from bar, removed water glasses after one glass. Cleared table at wrong time (other table guests still eating) or not at all between courses.
THIS IS ONE OF THE BETTER PUBLIX IN THE AREA. MOST ARE SMALL AND DARK. THIS ONE HAS HIGH CEILINGS AND IS LIGHT. THE AISLES ARE WIDER. THEY HAVE A MUCH BETTER AND HIGHER QUALITY OF FOOD.THE PUBLIX ON PALMETTO PARK ROAD IS SMALL AND MORE LIKE A QUICK STOP MARKET.
I love all Costcos especially this one. All Costco employees are cut above any other retailer that I know and their products are all great with great prices....I look forward to every visit. Oh so maybe the parking is a little tough sometimes.
This is one of the smallest Publix I have ever been to. It also has very bad parking. The wine selection is very limited. Also, don't go in there looking for a wide variety of cookies. It is like a convenient store Publix.
My absolute favorite restaurant, menu changes as well as the fun drinks - a great atmosphere to gather with friends and enjoy some really delicious food, have yet to have anything I didn't like!
Tried many different foods on the menu and everything is excellent. If you like Smoked Salmon, be sure to try the appetizer, it's amazingly good. Service is quick and the wait staff is friendly.
The food is consistently delicious. Whether you get the prime rib or just a salad...you won't be disappointed. They are always busy and that's the reason...just tasty food!!!!
