BE CAREFUL!I have been buying phones from this store for over ten years. It used to be a good place to do business. I bought a new phone there 1-25-15. I was offered a plan that isn't even available at Metro. Metro, when I called them, told me that I had 7 days to return the phone.5 days later I went in, as instructed by Metro, and the manager pointed to the wall where apparently there is a sign that says no returns.I asked why I was sold a phone with a plan that Metro doesn't even offer? The manager said that the girl who helped me was new. Yet they refused to take it back.After buying phones ONLY at that store for 10+ years they apparently have so much business that they don't care about customer satisfaction. They don't even care about following Metro PCS guidelines! They just do whatever they want with impunity!I remain a Metro customer but I will never spend another cent in that store, a place that doesn't care about repeat business, customer satisfaction, Metro PCS guidelines, or even giving accurate information about what they sell.If you buy something there make SURE you verify what they tell you with Metro PCS because if you don't, and you get stuck with a phone you can't use, you're on your own!
A terrible business! They signed us up for Stopzilla service, shunted our tech service to OMG which had awful tech service: slow, it took them a couple of days once to fix our laptop. When we wished to cancel our service, no one in customer service knew how to do it, and finally a supervisor said service could only be cancelled with a refund within 15 days -but we only asked for service after a couple of months. They never sent us a service contract. Hence, we lost $309 to them and no one there takes care of customers. Avoid iS3, Stopzilla, and OMG!
