Terrible experience. Got to the bank after fighting traffic for 30 min, arrived at 4:45, 15 minutes before closing. No other customer was there but the teller was visibly annoyed and reluctantly asked me if he could help. Then I was passed off to a "customer service rep" who was also anxious to leave. He was distracted and useless, I left having wasted almost an hour in total. I contrast this with an exceptional experience at Bank of America two days before. I'll be moving my accounts.
