in the last weekI had such a horrible experience buying my 2018 Honda Civic EX from this dealer. The sales people were lying vultures and took advantage of me and from searching on the internet this is considered Auto fraud. I paid the full price for my car of $ 22130.00 and in addition the finance manager added all these warranties and "optional" charges to my contract and wasn't asked if I wanted to purchase them. In the mix she made conversation with me as a distraction while she had me sign my contract. I went back the same night so she can fix it and the sales people along with her were blaming each other for the unwanted warranties, she re-did my contract and still all she did was lower the cost of the warranties but didn't remove them after I asked. I walked away and came back the next day and spoke to a different finance manager witch was also rude. He took off one of the warranties but left one "optional" charges of an (express care) for $895 and also a charge for (vehicle pro package) of $709. I asked him why? and he said "they were part of the purchase" which I was never told about when I was making the deal. If it's "optional" don't I have the right to refuse to have it? Or the right to refuse on making the deal if I don't like the final price I will be paying for the car? I put a good down payment of 7,500, so why do they feel like they had the right to spend my money on adding all these warranties to my contract? I'm gonna fight this, it's so unfair how these people take advantage of others. What gives them the power? From the sales managers to the finance managers the lying continues. PLEASE!!!! don't be a victim!!!! do good research before buying a car and take a good look at your contract before signing it. I cant imagine how many other people out there have experienced this and didn't catch on to it. I'm hopping to hear from someone from real management to resolve this issue. I was advice to report my issue to the Better Business bureau.
I'm so glad I found this repair shop. The manager Paul is quite helpful and fixed my car in no time flat. My check engine light was on and he found it to just be a broken hose under my hood. He explained what the hose was for but I don't know anything about cars. But I still appreciate that he took the time to explain and you can just tell he and his workers really care about their customers.
Got in and out with a quick oil change. The service they give to me is above normal. I used always go to those fast oil change place but got an oil change coupon from Budget Auto. Came in for the first time and was taken care of fast and you can just tell the quality is better. The manager is nice to all the customer. I got to get it all. Fast service but a better feeling with there quality.

Found this shop back in March when my car broke down on the 60. Pretty happy I have a mechanic I trust now. Came back today with brake noise. They did a free inspection and found nothing wrong but some dirt. They took me out and showed me the brakes are good. They cleaned them up and noise is gone. Honesty is a must when it comes to mechanics and the employees at Budget are honest as they come. Twice now they take good care of me and my car.

I am really glad I came to Budget Auto. They were very fair and honest, showing me and explaining exactly what was needed. I had a weird problem noise in my Toyota that didn't happen all the time. The guys at Budget were pretty diligent and found the problem that some other mechanics couldn't find. It is nice to be driving a quiet car now. The worst part about that noise was not knowing what it was and if the car was safe. My regular mechanic who couldn't figure it out actually referred me to the guys at Budget.
the salesman was great then a manager came to hard close the deal (typical LOL) he was so rude and did not listen at all he kept trying to sell me a car i did not want when i asked him to go away so i could do business with the salmon he said i had to leave LOL i thought he was going to cry, tomorrow i will buy from one of the many other stealerships
Come here a few months ago for water pump. They treat me good. I come back today and service was still very good. They don't talk down to me like other shops I used to go to. They treating me with respect and it showing that they value me and the business I'm giving them. I have told some friends about this shop and one friend came a few weeks ago.
