        Annie in The Salon is great. I always get the help I need but never feel like anyone is hovering over me or trying to push things on me. The Rewards program is very easy to take advantage of. Always a good time at this location.

        I got a very lousy hair appo...

        I got a very lousy hair appointment in their hair salon in Blue Spring, Missouri.



        They changed my appointment time without my consent. I arrived on time, and had to wait for 1 hour. They pushed my appointment later in order to squeeze in a bride. They did not notify me how long the wait would be, and just said soon. "Soon" turned out to be 1 hour!!!! When it was finally my turn, I did not even get an apology.



        What is the point of making an appointment 4 weeks ago when they change your appointment time without your consent, and let you wait for one hour?



        After my complaint, they finally apologize but had no actual action to improve the situation.



        It is the WORST salon I have ever experienced. Do not go there at all.
