We have used Rick's to service our push mower a couple of times. Not good service both occasions. the first time it didn't appear that any work had been done, and it was obvious they didn't change the self-propel drive belt like we asked. The second time was a generic service as it had been a couple of years, it came back to us very hard to start. We took it to a retired guy who does work on the side and he said the carburetor was missing parts, we had the retired guy fix it, works great ever since. I also purchased a used lawn tractor from a neighbor with a blown motor and wanted Ricks to pick it up and replace the motor and they said they wouldn't do it. I had to bring the motor in and buy a new one and do the work myself. I didn't have that kind of time which was why I called. These experiences were all several years ago, but after reading these reviews, it doesn't appear they have changed. In each occasion they were very rude, they have never been pleasant to speak with, and am frankly surprised they are still in business.
