        We decided to buy a Hot Springs spa because of its reputation for superior quality. Hot Springs referred us to Spa & Deck Creations, their dealer in Blue Ridge. Our buying experience was a pleasant one and we bought a Jet Setter while in the showroom. The tub was delivered and installed by a qualified friendly install team and we are very pleased to date with the quality of the spa. Our only minor complaint is that the dealer was not very good at communicating information in a timely manner which caused us to have to "bug" them for updates. Overall our experience was a good one and we would recommend Spa & Deck Creations.
