Our cabin was beyond filthy. Dirty dishes in the cabinets,soap remnants from the previous renters, dirt and hair on the shower walls, dead spiders and crickets all over the floors and the vacuum was broken. We complained only to have Mary No be rude and do nothing but be defensive. The only thing she was willing to do was refund half the cleaning fee. We will NEVER rent from Nevaeh again!! There are too many reputable rental agencies in the Blue Ridge area.
My husband and I planned a small family get together in Blue Ridge Georgia. We rented the loveliest cabin near the river through NEVAEH. The accommodations were amazing- clean, roomy, and overall magnificent! Everyone had a fantastic time! It was amazing to just get unplugged and get back to basics enjoying the time with our family. The kids had so much fun, exploring, playing man hunt in the woods, fishing and rafting in the river. My husband and I have not had this much quality time together in years. No where to rush off to, just enjoying one another and focusing on the “us” and the now- we really needed this. Other vacations always felt rushed and they were more work then they should have been. Not this vacation! This is definitely the best most memorable vacation we have ever had! We highly recommend the Cabins of NEVAEH! We will definitely be back!
Our experience, in short:
While the cabin we rented was very nice, we found it unacceptably dirty when we arrived. We called Mary Jo to report this and she was rude, insulting, defensive of her mother (who apparently is the cleaning crew), and condescending. This behavior continued, and in fact worsened, throughout and even after our stay, when she called to inform us she should have charged us a higher cleaning fee for guests we did, in fact, inform her would be there, but by her own error were not not factored into the initial cleaning fee. Ironic, since the left over food smeared on the table and benches, dirt and food crumbs all over the floors, disgusting counter tops, and toothpaste and spit splatters around the vanities SHOULD have, from a respectable business with any standards at all, merited a discount if not refund of the fee we had already paid. We suffered intolerable treatment from a very immature, bratty woman in Mary Jo, and her only response to our request that she consider discounting or refunding our cleaning fee was that they pay the "cleaning crew" and any issues are their responsibility---despite that our contract was with Nevaeh---and meaning we should take the matter up with her aging, ill, recently widowed mother, who was unable to even push a mop around the cabin without resting every few steps for breath. We had a truly horrible and deeply disappointing experience, all because Mary Jo was so outrageously unprofessional. Provided there aren't any issues with your cabin when you arrive, you may be fine. But we will never ever do business with Nevaeh again and, with so many reputable and PROFESSIONAL companies in Blue Ridge, would strongly encourage you not to risk wasting your money and ruining your vacation, either.

Honestly, between my husband and I, this was one of the *BEST* times we have ever had together as long as we have known each other. There was nothing about Nevaeh that wasn't purely spectacular. From the amazing hospitality and graciousness of the staff, to the extraordinary cabin experience, it really was heaven on earth. It was a late Valentines, early anniversary gift for each other, and I just can't imagine any other gift being any better. Which means we will have to make it an every year thing! =) Honestly, there are really no words to express the joy it brought to us, and it was truly just a blessing to be able to experience such a magnificent place.
We could only ever hope that our word of mouth and raving reviews about it will bring more people to this very special place, and anyone who never experiences it, is really missing out on an extraordinary experience in life. Thank you so much to all who were involved, the staff, the cabin owners, and company. You really made some special memories for us. We could never REALLY thank you enough and we *CAN'T WAIT* to come back!!

We stayed here just a few weeks ago and it was a wonderful experience. It was a second honeymoon for me and my husband and it couldn't have been better. The cabin was immaculate, the little town was just precious and we really didn't have to leave the cabin to have a good time! :)
