Why put 24 hours open if your not going to uphold that. My husband has been stuck in ohio because he has no pipe stakes. Well let me explain. He's a truck driver and the dispatcher for the company he works for got him a back haul so he can come home with. Well obviously the dispatcher didn't realize he needed pipe stakes. So my husband called a company near the place he's supposed to pick up. The lady who answered said they close at midnight, but they leave at 10:30. My husband asked, "why would you leave at 10:30 if you close at midnight?" She said, "we'll we don't get busy so we leave at 10:30." He then asked her if they could just stay open until he got there. She said no! You need to get here before 10:30 pm if not you have to wait until Monday. So my husband just said ok and hung up. We'll he's stuck in Ohio and so I Google search company's that sale pipe stakes. American Metal Supply was the first company to pop up & it said they was open 24 hours. Yay! My husband has been gone for days and I really am ready to see him so I gave him the # to call. Well no one answered so he left a message. Well a lady called back, and then she tells him it's for emergencys only. So he said well it is an emergency or I wouldn't have called.



You see he was supposed to pick up the load Friday and be back home in Texas by Sunday. Well it's Sunday and he's still in ohio trying to find pipe stakes.



So the lady says no we are only open for big emergencies. What the hell!!! You should state that. What do you consider an emergency. I mean your home with your family I understand, but I would like husband home too. What is a big emergency? Does that mean a big purchase because that's what it sound like. Don't put 24 hours if you're not going to uphold it.
