        I live in New Jersey and when I sent a package to my son (accidentally to the wrong street address in Bloomsburg, PA), Bo from the Bloomsburg Post Office called me to verify the package details. He knew from the package details that it came from me (the mom) and called me to verify the correct address so he could deliver the holiday package to my son. Instead of sending the package back to the company I purchased it from, he called me and fixed the error because he is truly dedicated, considerate and kind. I find this service to be above and beyond. It is rare these days to find employees like Bo who aim to make a positive difference in the world. I am very grateful!
