Enterprise did an amazing job. I forgot they would pick me up. I called and told them my car was in the shop and asked if they still offered to to pick and they reassured me that they could. They arrived right on time. The agent was very professional and pleasant to talk to. When we got to the location he offered to upgrade me after learning my travel needs and was able to fit me into a bigger rental quickly. This was one of the times a company has actually done the walk through of the vehicle with me. We checked for any and all damages and talked about gas take side and reassured me I was safeeling to travel with road side help if needed. I was picked up and on the road in last than 30 mins. I already have another reservation book!

I had really great service and the staff was friendly. The only thing I didn't care for was that I had to show 2 utility bills because I was paying with a debit card. I had never had to do this in the past. Either way I didn't understand why this was necessary. Other than that the car was great! I had no problems with it.
Rented a mini-van. Got it home and one of the sliding doors was not working properly. We took it back and they gave us an SUV in its place. No hassle and no extra charge for the new vehicle even though it would have been more expensive to rent it from the get go. Very nice car! Even better service!
