        Great company right here. They came right out for an emergency my grandparents were having on a Saturday, when no one else would. Very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. We'll be customer's forever now.

        still waiting

        I am still waiting for the products I paid for over a month ago. I have called 3 times. There is never anyone who answers the phone. I left 3 messages. No one will call me or e-mail me to let me know what is happening with my order. Now all I want is a refund if they won't send the products that I paid for. I don't know if they shipped anything. I've asked for the tracking information and haven't gotten a reply. I'm very disappointed.
