Service

I have to give these guys my highest recommendation based upon service alone! But still very important, they had exactly the right tool, even better than the simple channel locks that I thought I was looking for, at a price that was three times cheaper than other shops.

But again most flooring me was their waayyyy up and beyond service. I had gone there for a tool to remove links from a training dog collar for my tiny Texas Teacup Chihuahua 11-month old puppy (i.e., 125 lb. Great Dane!). Not only did I get the best tool I needed for the job, but Tom, the owner, actually (with his bare hands!) took two of the needed collar links out himself for me. He may look like a smiling, cheerful man of experience (that doesn’t mean old at all!), but DO NOT SHAKE HANDS WITH THIS MAN! He has to have a bone-crunching grip! But, by all means, do visit his shop.
