J & S Lock and Lawn

These folks have always done a good job for me. I have gone there a number of time to have keys made. More than once, they were several times cheaper than the dealer. They haven't been able to help me every time, but they always tried their best.

This rating is for one particular technician, that we've had to call for a lockout once 5 yrs ago and again today, a Sunday. Both times he was prompt, curteous, respectful, and knowledgeable on not damaging our lock. He got us into our house and even cleaned our lock of the oil and graphite left from the previous business (that couldn't get it open) so that it wouldn't degrade our lock over time. We recommend this young gentleman 100%- pretty sure his name is Justin.
J&S on the whole could work on their brick and mortar atmosphere though. It smells strongly of smoke, and women will not feel comfortable there being addressed as "hun" and "sweety." I feel confident J&S could work on these issues, to make their business truly topnotch.

Best shop in the area for all your lawn equipment needs. I have business for many years with Jim , Max and associates. Thanks guys!
