BEWARE: females and young (potentially new to understanding the world of cars) people, they take full advantage of you!!
My car was vibrating and had a ticking noise coming from the front end so I took it in to have it checked out. Got a call a few days later that it was good to go and had the lower control arm and two motor mounts replaced. I noticed two NEW noises while driving it home and the vibration had worsened. So I took it back to have it double checked. Four days later they called me back and said it was ready. When I asked what was wrong they tried to avoid telling me and eventually said (direct quote), "Sweetie, don't take this the wrong way but your car is old. That's why it's making so many sounds." No dip its old! That's why it needs repairs occasionally! And that's NOT why I brought it back the second time. I reminded them that I had brought it back because of noises that WEREN'T there when I took it in the first place. THEN, after prying a little bit I was finally told that they had put the motor mount on backwards using a part size that was too big! And when I drove it home again the vibration was still there so they did not fully diagnose/fix the problem. I paid $866 for a few parts and a WHOLE lot of inconvenience. It definitely felt like they were trying to hide their mistake from me AND the way they talked to me (I'm a female and in college) was very degrading. Constantly calling me sweetie/sweetheart and speaking to me like I didn't know the first thing about cars (I'm no genius, but I know enough to have a decent conversation about what is wrong with my car and what was done to fix it). I will never go back here again. ALSO, I have friends that have been treated the same way by them (college guys too) so they definitely take advantage of their customers!

Definitely not high speed

Came in for a simple flat repair and rotation and balance. This usually takes half an hour at Tire Barn but took almost an hour and a half here. I don't know why because they weren't busy. When they brought my car out they still had the spare tire on. The tech got defensive with me like it was my fault he put the wrong wheel on the car. Another 20 mins later and my car is finally done. They charge $50, which is steep. And they didn't even balance them properly. There was a worse vibration than when they began. I thought I'd save time versus driving across town to Tire Barn, but wasted a lot more time.
