Waste of time & Money at Brothers

Brothers has not gotten the concept of customer service, specifically the "customer is always right". The drinks are weak, the food is bad, the management seems to be "out to lunch" (to put it mildly), and the bartenders are generally 21 year old boys with BIG attitudes because someone is allowing them to make a drink (a bad drink at that). I am sure their parents would be so proud. In general you would be better drinking and eating at a place in Bloomington with character and class like the Crazy Horse, Irish Lion, etc. If just for drinks than go above Brother to the Video Salon. They know how to treat customers AND make good drinks and coke in particular

cool pub/poor staff

I scheduled a reunion of sorts for dinner and drinks at the new brothers bar for a group of 20 year frinds and wives. The dinner was as expected with the standard pub grub food and attentive wait staff. After dinner we decided to move upstairs to play some darts as a group. Electronic boards and scoring with the cheaper quality darts were there and we were having a nice time. This ended however when a group of young men who worked at the pub came in on their off night and were aggressively rude and disrespectful to our group. When we let management know about the events, they seemed to support the bad behavior of the off duty staff and was demeaning to our complaint. I won't be back and would not reccomend this to any of my business collegues for any entertaining in the future. There are other establishments who appreciate our business like the Video Saloon to which we moved to and played darts on real boards with real quality darts, and were served by appreciative proffessional staff.
