Clean Solutions

The owner of this business-Jacob Clifford was driving his work van on Christmas Eve and screamed and yelled obscenities at me, calling me terrible names in the local shopping mall parking lot, trapping me from leaving with his van. He should not only be horribly embarrassed, but ashamed of this behavior. He was angry (to say the least), I was exiting the mall parking lot the wrong way, as the arrow was covered with snow and I didn’t realize it. This is the image and face a local business owner portrayed-not only unprofessional but sad to say the least. I now wish I had called law enforcement and filed a police report.
