“Where your computer leaves fast,” the Bamjac motto is simply not true. My computer was in their shop for 48 days and was still unfixed when I had finally had enough and brought it home. Their customer interactions skills were pathetic; I was confident that I had diagnosed the problem correctly and I printed out the manual showing exactly where the issue had occurred—they didn’t even take it into consideration. Two weeks later the finally told me that my evaluation was indeed correct, but they hadn’t ordered the part. At least two more weeks went by before I called again and nothing had happened—they hadn’t even called me to give me an update. With a couple of hours on the computer, a handful of emails and several calls I was able to locate the part and order it. I took the part in to Bamjac, since they were so inept at finding anything on the internet. They told me that they probably wouldn’t get around to it that day—that they had other things to do. If they had other customers whose computers were there longer than mine and therefore more important I am truly sorry, but it seemed reasonable to me that they should take the time to get my computer up and running, especially since it was a pretty straightforward part replacement. I took my computer home and fixed the problem in two hours, this review is written on that very same computer. If you are thinking about going to Bamjac for work save yourself the trouble and do business elsewhere.
